Orders
Can I modify my order?
Once an order has been placed, none of the items can be changed or removed, and no items can be added.
Can I cancel my order?
Canceling an order is time sensitive, so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us by telephone during our opening hours on +33766868924 or via the CONTACT US page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on your location. Orders processed here will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Deliveries outside of France may take 7 to 16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Shipping & Returns
What are your delivery options?
Free delivery for all orders over €49 in European countries. For orders under €49, a shipping cost of €5.99 will be applied. We need 1-2 business days to process and shipping may take up to an additional 5-7 business days.
Express delivery is also available for all orders for a delivery fee of €14.99.
Express orders placed before 1:30 p.m. on business days will be shipped the same day. Express orders placed after 1:30 p.m. on business days will be shipped the next business day. Express orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Express delivery takes approximately 2 business days. Due to federal regulations.
Yelda Cosmetics orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., excluding holidays). Please note that processing and delivery times may be subject to delays during major holiday periods. For more information, please CONTACT us or view our SHIPPING POLICY.
What company do you use to ship orders?
It depends on your location. We use DHL, FedEx and La Poste.
What is your return policy ?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Yelda Cosmetics, we happily accept returns within 15 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page indicating your order number, the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return.
If you did not purchase your products from Yelda Cosmetics or they are not covered by our PRODUCT GUARANTEE, please contact the place of purchase regarding your return request. Our full returns policy is available Refund Policy.

We offer a product based on pure Argan oil, suitable for hair, face and body care, available to PURCHASE HERE.
Can I use Yelda products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
